Flat roof on our extension needs redoing, we would like the new poly resin covering. Our existing House roof also needs jet washing .

Replacement Flat Roof
The Building is a grade 2 listed building. I want to remove the slates, retain the timber roof substrate, seal it and make a feature of it. Install Plasterboard / 75mm closed cell insulation on the top of the existing Roof framing. Add DPM on top of the Insulation / battens and reinstate the slate tiles. I want some one to price to remove the roof in sections and install the plasterboard / insulation/ new battens etc / Slates. The floor plan measures 180 m2 and has approx 30 degree pitch. An optional extra that needs to be clearly identified separately: A garage joined to a shed that will also require a new roof. It measures 30 m2 with a similar pitch to the house.
